See It<\/strong>: This location was very easy to access from the flat walking path along the bay, northwest of central\u00a0Morro Bay, California, USA<\/a>. There were numerous sea otters swimming, diving, resting, and playing in the water near the path. I could have spent an hour watching and chuckling at their aquatic antics!
